First: General Commitment

  • 1Compliance with all cultural and social standards approved by the Ministry of Culture.
  • 2Implementing the event according to the approved model without material changes unless official approval is obtained.
  • 3Respecting the laws and regulations in force in the Syrian Arab Republic.
  • 4Full cooperation with the Directorate of Events and Festivals Management and all partner directorates.
  • 5Not starting execution until official approvals are issued.
  • 6Respecting family privacy in all forms of content (visual, written, theatrical).
  • 7Providing content that reflects cultural and intellectual diversity with respect and promotes dialogue and tolerance.
  • 8Implementing the event according to the approved time and organizational plan and complying with public safety instructions.

Second: Cultural Criteria

Family Criterion

Respecting family privacy and protecting children and minors during the event in all forms of content.

Cultural & Intellectual Diversity

Providing content that respects pluralism and avoids promoting any sectarian, regional, or discriminatory discourse.

Civil Peace Criterion

Providing content that enhances dialogue, tolerance, and coexistence, avoiding any topic that might stir division or social sensitivity.

Social & Ethical Behavior

Maintaining public order within the event, ensuring civilized behavior of the audience, and preserving clean venue spaces.

These conditions are an integral part of the event approval. Any violation of them is a direct cause for suspending the event and taking necessary measures.
