The Ministry of Culture participates in the Istanbul International Arab Book Fair in its eleventh session
The Ministry of Culture participated in the opening ceremony of the Istanbul International Arab Book Fair in its eleventh session, in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Culture, Mr. Saad Naasan.
The Ministry’s pavilion includes a group of Syrian publications, and presents an aspect of the Syrian cultural scene and the diversity of its products, in addition to highlighting elements of Syrian heritage, especially Syrian elements listed on UNESCO lists, and components of material and craft heritage, including Syrian and folkloric dress, professions, crafts and traditional industries.
The Ministry’s pavilion allows visitors to see examples of Syrian cultural and heritage production, which contributes to strengthening the presence of Syrian books and culture in Arab and international cultural forums, as part of the exhibition’s activities continuing until August 23. Current.
