Deputy Minister of Culture Ahmed Sawaf conducted an inspection tour to monitor the first day of the "Empowerment - Level Three" exams, administered by the Directorate of Cultural Development and Adult Education, affiliated with the Ministry of Culture, for independent candidates in the second quarter of 2026, across its various branches in the governorates. Sawaf visited the cultural center in Kfar Souseh, where he reviewed the examination process and the level of preparedness, emphasizing the importance of providing a suitable environment for the exams, which contributes to improving adult education programs and enhancing opportunities for lifelong learning. For its part, the Directorate explained that it had mobilized its staff in the governorates to ensure smooth organization and provide all necessary resources. It noted that this session follows the launch of the National Electronic Portal for Adult Education for the first time, which facilitated registration and exam application procedures, as part of developing educational services and expanding access to them. These efforts fall within the Ministry's vision aimed at empowering individuals intellectually and strengthening the role of education in supporting cultural and social development.
