Honoring the historian of Damascus, Dr. Muhammad Muti’ al-Hafiz, at the Syrian National Library in Damascus

With the sponsorship of the Ministry of Culture, the Syrian National Library in Damascus organized a ceremony honoring the historian of Damascus, Dr. Muhammad Muti’ al-Hafiz, in the presence of the General Mufti of the Syrian Arab Republic, Sheikh Osama al-Rifai, the Minister of Culture, Muhammad Yassin al-Saleh, and the Minister of Endowments, Muhammad Abu al-Khair Shukri, along with a number of cultural and intellectual figures, in appreciation of his contributions to Documenting the history of Damascus and preserving its memory.
