Beginning the preparation of engineering studies for the rehabilitation of the Al-Qabbani and Al-Hamra theaters in Damascus
The Directorate of Supply and Support in the Ministry of Culture began implementing engineering studies for the rehabilitation of the Al-Qabbani and Al-Hamra theaters in Damascus, through field tours carried out by the relevant engineering committees, which included conducting technical inspections and inventorying the necessary requirements for preparing the technical and engineering studies, in preparation for the start of rehabilitation work and raising the operational readiness of the two theatres.
This step comes within the framework of keenness The Ministry of Culture is responsible for maintaining and developing the infrastructure of cultural institutions, and preserving theatrical assets, which contributes to providing an appropriate environment that embraces theatrical and creative activity and promotes the continuation of the cultural and artistic movement.
