Deputy Minister of Culture discusses with the Turkish Manuscript Foundation the development of cooperation in preserving and digitizing manuscripts
During his visit to the Turkish Manuscript Foundation, Mr. Saad Naasan, the Deputy Minister of Culture discussed with the head of the foundation, Mr. George Ken Yilmaz, ways to develop cooperation and exchange experiences in the field of manuscript preservation, archiving, digitization, and restoration.
The Deputy Minister of Culture reviewed the foundation’s experience in this field, and the visit also included the manuscript repository. In the Sulaymaniyah Complex, the institution’s exhibition and the reading hall, in addition to learning about its most prominent publications.
