In the presence of the Deputy Minister of Culture, Mr. Saad Naasan, and the Italian Ambassador to Damascus, Stefano Raffanian, the Fine Arts Department of the Ministry of Culture opened the “Damascus Brings Us Together” exhibition in The Khan on Medhat Pasha Street in Damascus.
The exhibition, which will continue until September 3, presents a picture of art Contemporary Syrian plastic art through a variety of works in photography, sculpture, engraving, installation works, video art, photography, and thread and needle works, with the participation of 34 Syrian plastic artists from inside and outside the country representing diverse artistic experiences, in an artistic meeting that reflects the richness of Syrian plastic art and the diversity of its schools and methods and allows the public to see contemporary creative experiences that embody the richness and diversity of the Syrian artistic scene.
